Return & Exchange must be requested within 14 days of receiving orders. Please fill out our return & exchange request form either from “My Account” section or clicking here to return & exchange.

If received item either a damaged or incorrect, we will exchange it by our shipping cost or refund full amount of your item included shipping cost. If item is returned to us within 14 days of receipt. We may ask for the damaged or incorrect piece to be shipped back to us or we may ask you to destroy it.

If the item does not fit or does not like, we will exchange it for a different style at your shipping cost, if we have in stock and only if item is returned to us within 30 days of receipt. If you want to return an item, do not want exchange in that case we will charge 20% restocking fee for the items and will refund remaining amount of item cost.

Please note that all product must be returned in the original, new, undamaged packaging for refund.

We are not able to accept any returns or exchanges during (1st Oct 1 to 2th Nov) because of halloween season. We will accept your return after 2 November. and give you appropriate refund depending reason of return. We will reply you after 2 November regarding return or exchange.
