To quick delivering orders we have completely automated shipping management system for fast shipping. When your order reaches into warehouse we can’t able to cancel orders.

You are only able to cancel your order when your order status would be “Open” or “Hold”. But your order will be shortly remain into “Open” Status while you placing your order. Our system will place your order in "Hold" status, when we are unable to ship your order for any reason (for ex. Inventory Out of Stock etc...).

AdvanceCostumes.com has authority to cancel order for any reason at anytime. It must be cancelled due to inventory out of stock or some price difference to product.
